Actually, at the time of writing, whether terms appear in paragraph or in anchor text/links plays no role in the SVD algorithm used in current LSI implementations. This is another SEO myth. Check tutorial on LSI and SVD at http://www.miislita.com

Very good write up on RSS and the benefits of syndicating content from blogs or news sources. I like keeping track of my favorite bloggers via RSS since it is so much easier to unsubscribe than an email zine.

If you look around, you can usually find a site or several syndicating content from nearly any popular industry authors or feeds. I built one completely dedicated to search engine related news and information articles called Search Engine Feeds. Having a resource like this saves time and energy when you are required to keep 'up-to-date' on certain news, happenings or events. Keep the RSS trend alive by subscribing to your favorite feeds and coming back to read their posts regularly.

BTW, I noticed the RSS feed for 'thepodhop' is not currently working, but when it is up again you should submit it to Search Engine Feeds.
