Newsletters are often thought of as easy, do-it-yourself communications projects. The reality is different?and that can be discouraging.
Developing a good newsletter concept can be difficult and time-consuming. It takes market intelligence — and maybe research — to find out what people will read. Then it takes careful planning, discipline and skill to crank out something worthwhile on a schedule.

It was Friday night. I finished reading a book about RSS feeds. Quickly set up one for my site, submitted it on directories and went to bed.
Sunday morning, I noticed a sale. Idly, I scanned my logs to see where the buyer had found me.
It was from Yahoo! Now that may not seem surprising, except… I had not been listed in Yahoo! before.

Yesterday, I got stuck in a traffic jam. It wasn’t the first time and unfortunately won’t be the last time! 5 miles of bright beaming red tail lights flickering in my eyes. Just the thought of it makes me kind of nauseas. Especially, when all I was trying to do was go to the grocery store to pick up a gallon of milk!

Pay-Per click fraud dates back even from the time when Overture was still Goto.com. Only, it wasn’t as serious as it is lately since the pay-per-click (PPC) advertising is becoming very popular for getting highly targeted traffic as well as making an affiliate-based commission.
So, what’s pay-per click fraud?
In an ideal world, you and I will pay a fee to a site that offers PPC program and hosts our ads whenever those ads are being clicked by a visitor. The visitor then examines our site and eventually makes a purchase. We make money.
