There are a number ways you can go about marketing your website, many of which are quite inexpensive. Effectively marketing your Home website is vital to your ultimate success. In fact, the key to growing a business, and particularly a new Home Business, is marketing. This can be done for free in some cases if you are willing to spend the extra time on the project. If you are unwilling to do this, you can pay someone to optimize your site and promote it for you, which is generally cost effective.

What are Website Conversion Strategies?
Website conversion strategies are marketing and technology efforts focused on increasing your website’s efficiency with turning visitors into prospects or customers. Too often, people forget they’re anonymous in the internet world. Your friends and colleagues might know you as being a tireless worker, a great friend and loving parent, but I don’t know that. To me, you’re just a font. You’re a font in an email, or in a forum post. If you give me access to your website, then you’re whatever impression the website creates. But largely, you’re anonymous. So if you want to establish trust in your internet business dealings, make it your goal to paint a professional image via email.

If you have been using opt-in email marketing for sometime, I’m sure you might have got accused of spam at some point, even after doing everything right.
Yes, I’m talking about people who actually agreed to receive your email, blaming you for sending unsolicited mail.

It appears that most webmasters have come from the world of advertising. Their website content emphasizes “marketing and promotion”. Just to prove my point, do a Google search on “marketing promotion”. As I write, Google comes up with “about 5,910,000″ entries. Gosh imagine the good fortune of a listing on page one! Of course, the number of entries for “marketing promotion” gets shadowed by “sex” which provides you with “about 192,000,000″. It’s not money and sex; it’s sex and money.
