No doubt you’ve heard the phrase “pay per click” before. This refers to any type of advertising where you only pay per click-through.
Traditional Web advertising, such as banner ads, charged advertisers based how many people SAW your ad. But with pay-per-click deals, you only pay for how many people actually CLICK on your ad (to get to your offer page or Web site).
This is great because essentially you only pay for RESULTS.

Lemmings are cute, but dumb. If you tell them to jump off a cliff, they will. Just like the people who start blogs because everyone is doing it. Guess what happens after a little while? The blogs die.
In managing a list of many Web sites, most of which are blogs, I deleted countless sites from the list because the sites and blogs no longer existed. The people ran out of steam or had no reason to start them in the first place.

“How Can I Double My Sales?” - that must be the silent prayer of thousands of webmasters.
There are two ways to do it: you can either double your traffic or you can double your conversion rate.
Let’s say you have a conversion rate of 2% (1 sale for every 50 visitors) and you get 100 visitors a day - you’re getting 2 sales a day. You could get 4 sales a day by increasing your traffic to 200 visitors a day.

First Generation - The Popup
Popups, if you’re somehow, strangely, not familiar with the term, are those little windows that open when you visit certain sites.
Popups are secondary browser windows that are opened up using JavaScript code. The properties of this new browser window are set in such a fashion that the new window does not have a address bar, status bar or the menu.
Until about a few years ago the popup was considered to be the biggest breakthrough in advertising on the web.
